#4. SpyZooka is a popular anti-spyware application produced by Blue Penguin software. The program has been around for a while and has always been known as a decent spyware remover. The earlier versions, however, were not recommended due to serious stability issues, but this no longer seems to be the case.
SpyZooka is a lightweight application at only 5.19MB when installed. As such it is fast (Quick scan takes no more than 3 minutes, while the Full Scan is usually completed in around 15 minutes) and doesn’t use a lot of system resources – CPU usage is next to nil while idle and still quite insignificant when scanning.

Having said that, the “100% spyware removal guarantee” is clearly an exaggeration, but oh well, everyone does it…
SpyZooka offers a live protection module, called SpyGuard, which also provides a good deal of IE protection (even though IE just shouldn’t be used..). You get to choose which applications should be automatically allowed to run or blocked and there is a feature, which allows you to schedule scans.
